2012 Opening Day Sat. May 12 New Caterpillar Power For 2012!! ALL DAY Fishing Departs  8 AM During the course of the winter, we replaced our old diesels with brand new, electronically contolled CAT 18 liter engines. These new power plants meet all of the latest EPA emission regulations while giving us considerably more power and speed! They do all of this while using less fuel and they are amazingly quiet. (We are really excited about the less fuel part.) At the same time, we replaced our electrical generators with new CAT units. The fishing customers on our opening trip noted that the gensets were so quiet that the fishermen asked if the generators were even running!

Our vessel, the M/V Atlantic Queen II, was designed and custom built for Capt. Brad Cook by Gulf Craft, Inc. of Patterson, LA. She is NH's only all-aluminum supercruiser in passenger service and incorporates the following features for your fishing comfort and convenience: Her 80' length and 22' beam (width) combined with her double welded chine construction make for a smooth ride (capable of 20+ knots) and stable fishing platform Equipped with the latest in fish finding, navigational, communication and computer electronics.       US Coast Guard inspected and licensed for 150 passengers up to 100 miles offshore. To ensure plenty of elbow room, we limit fishing trips to 60 persons. Spacious cabin with dinette seating. Built in fishing rod holders. Meticulously clean rest rooms (heads). (The Capt. cleans them himself between trips!) High Tech electronics make us safe and secure in all weather.
